We aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Products, such as literature stands, lights and cases, are generally stock items, and can almost always be dispatched within 1 working day. However, the majority of products are either made or assembled to your specification, and may be dependent on receipt of ‘print ready’ artwork. We will therefore contact you to agree an acceptable delivery schedule.

We use a standard next working day service using a nationally recognised courier. All quoted delivery times are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. When ordering multiple items with different estimated delivery times please use the longest quoted time as a guide.

If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible.

Next Day UK Mainland Delivery

Weekday Delivery – Monday – Friday

  • £14.95 + VAT on all UK Mainland orders up to 10 kg
  • £19.95 + VAT on all UK Mainland orders from 11 – 20 kg
  • £28.65 + VAT on all UK Mainland orders from 21 – 30 kg
  • A lot of our products are large boxes so the courier companies work out delivery prices based on volume. For example, a Zeus Wheeled Case that is empty only weighs 8 kg but based on volume it is calculated as being 38 kg.
  • Orders to be placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Items will be delivered between 8.30am and 5.30pm on the next working day.

Please note – We are not able to provide next day delivery to some locations on the UK mainland. We’ll contact you immediately (during office hours) if you place an order requiring this service and we can’t provide this service. Clear, Simple and Secure Delivery Guide

We have been successfully supplying and delivering products to our customers for years and strive to ensure every delivery is on-time and without any problems. To help ensure your delivery experience is a smooth as possible we have creates a short delivery guide.

    1. When will you deal with my order? We will process your order within one working day
    2. How long will my delivery take? For all standard deliveries with products in stock, we will aim to send your order out the next working day after it has been processed. We manage to achieve this 95% of the time.
    3. What time will I receive my order? Standard delivery is between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday
    4. Do I need to sign for delivery? The courier will require a signature from a person at the delivery address, so make sure somebody is around
    5. What If I’m not home? If there is nobody available to sign for the delivery, our courier will leave a card giving details of how to re-arrange delivery or collection from their depot.
    6. Are your couriers safe and secure? Yes! We work closely with our couriers to ensure you get the best service. So no ‘lost in post’ excuses.
    7. I need it urgently, can you help? Yes! We also offer Next Day, Timed and Same Day delivery options for those who need their products urgently – call us for more information!
    8. Do I need to do anything if my delivery is large or heavy? Some heavy goods will require pallet delivery. We’ll state if this is the case. Please ensure you have the means necessary to receive this from our courier. Don’t hesitate to call us to discuss such deliveries.

Damage & Shortages Guide

On receipt of your delivery, please ensure all items are checked for damage or any missing items. Please notify us immediately of any damage or shortages and ensure that you keep all packaging and replace it back in the box with the items. Our only stipulation is that you report this to us within 3 working days upon receipt of delivery and we will arrange to send replacements to you. Failure to follow any of the above guidelines may invalidate a claim. Thank you for your co-operation.

Money Back Guarantee & Returns Policy

Most companies in our industry have a ‘No Return’ or ‘Restocking Charge’ return policy of up to 25% of the order value. Not at Quad Design & Display Ltd! – If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from Quad Design & Display Ltd, we will replace or refund the product price in full providing the steps below are followed:

  1. The product should be unused, unassembled and in its’ original packaging.
  2. The product must be returned to us in good condition within 14 days (10 working days) of date it was delivered to you.
  3. Before returning products, please contact us for our Returns Authorisation Number.
  4. Your Returns Authorisation Number should then be clearly written on the carton/s being returned. The Returns Authorisation Number is valid up to the 14th day (10th working day). Goods will not be refunded after this time.
  5. When organising a return, we strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have a proof of delivery back to us.
  6. Cost of product plus VAT is refunded. Delivery charge cannot be refunded.

Please note: Certain card issuers have been known to take up to 10 working days to show the refund on debit/credit cards. Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement. Thank you.
