We know that choosing and ordering the right display stands for your exhibition or event can be a little overwhelming – so we’ve made it as easy as possible for you. Our straightforward ordering process is detailed below, but please do feel free to get in touch with any questions or queries.
STEP 1. FIND THE DISPLAY STANDS YOU NEED AND ADD THEM TO YOUR BASKET
Once you have chosen the product that you want, choose your desired quantity plus any specified options and, then click “Add to Shopping Basket” button. Our standard turnaround production time for printed items varies from 2 days to five full working days, following the receipt of an order and artwork. Please contact us before ordering if you need something printed quicker and we will see what we can do.
We are happy to offer Limited companies, Charities and Schools credit accounts, subject to a standard credit check. Once you have chosen your products just give us a call or drop us an email and we set you up an account and process your order. Maximum payment terms are 30 days from delivery of your order.
STEP 2. REVIEW CONTENTS OF YOUR BASKET AND COMPLETE CHECKOUT
Click on the “Shopping Basket” button on the top bar to begin checkout process and take a look at what you already have in your cart. From there you can adjust the quantities of your selection. Once you’re ready, click on a “Checkout” button.
Make sure you have picked the right items.
Please, have your invoice and delivery address details ready.
Our checkout is 100% secure, as we use a powerful SSL certificate to encrypt your connection against eavesdropping and other malicious practices.
Select the delivery service you require. This will follow the production turnaround time you have selected and deliveries are made by a next working day courier service. The delivery services available are mainland UK addresses only. If you require delivery to anywhere else, please contact us for a quote before placing the order.
Once you are ready click on payment and follow the Paypal instructions.
Payment will be required before goods can be dispatched so pick the best option for you.
When you have proceeded all the way through the checkout you will be emailed confirmation and we will contact you with any questions and any further information you might need.
STEP 3. PREPARE AND UPLOAD YOUR DISPLAY STANDS ARTWORK
If you have placed an order for a printed product, we need to receive your artwork files before the work can be started. You can do this using our dedicated file transfer software.
Of course you can do this later on as well — just login to your account and pick the order you want to supply the artwork for, choose your files and wait for the upload to finish!
We will always try our best to keep you updated about the status of your order with regular notifications when the artwork has been received, checked and when your order has been dispatched.
